Mark Bressers




Mark studied Public Administration at the University of Nijmegen. From 1996 to 2000 he worked at the National Agency for Monuments and Sites.

From 2000 until 2002 Mark was a senior advisor and substitute programme manager for the programme Public Counter 2000, part of the Dutch organisation for e-government ( ICTU). As project leader Mark was also responsible for setting up the Dutch Consumerportal, a web portal which provides information about consumer rights.

Since 2003 Mark is responsible for the Dutch programme Open Standards and Open Source software in government (OSOSS).
