"No Budget but high Quality" is the principle behind the Swiss action-comedy  "CH7". All of the makers and actors volunteered their contributions. The movie is a black satire on the system of private television. With the project, the makers of "CH7" want to set a counter-point to the copyright hysteria rampant today.
